Van Baxter Roof Top is a VW T6 Caravelle converted into a versatile campervan for 4 persons. The van will sleep 2 people in a comfortable fold out full width double bed inside the van. Climb up a ladder to the pop up roof top tent where there is space for 2 more adults.

At the rear of the van lift open the tailgate and slide your kitchen out, cook out alfresco out the back of your van under the hatchback roof.

The kitchen pod has a double burner, a sink with running water and an outside (cold) shower – useful to wash down surfboards, bikes, vegetables and children!

The pod is also equipped with a clip-on table for extra prepping space or use it as your outdoor dining table. The VW Campervan also includes all cooking utensils needed to get the most out of camp cooking.

Inside the campervan is an electric fridge to keep perishables and drink cold.

Able to carry up to 6 passengers the van gives great versatility for your European road trip.

Driving the Baxter

The van is a joy to drive and can cover long distances with ease. Due to its size, it’s also easy to move around and park.

The van comes with cruise control, parking sensors and driver alert systems.

Morning Coffee

Wake up after a good night’s sleep and kick your better half out of bed. They can open the rear tailgate slide out the rear kitchen pod and get a bubbling coffee machine on whilst you enjoy the view.

It has to be one of the best moments in campervan life.

Roof Tent Life

There’s something very cool about being perched on top of a van. Like being on safari without the tigers. Climb up into your nest for the night and curl up with a book. In the morning watch the sunrise from a great vantage point.

Camping in Low Season

We rent our California’s all year round. Pick up one of our campers from Bordeaux, Annecy or Bourg Sainte Maurice in the French Alps in low season. It’s the quietest of times even better value to rent a camper.

Empty beaches, quiet mountains it’s all there to be explored. I hear you! The weather can be a bit “Changeable” Well no problem our California campervans come prepared. The campers have an axillary air heater to keep the inside temperature perfect. As well as that our vehicles are 4-wheel drive and wear all terrain tyres with a winter rating. Where ever you go from the mountain to the sea it’s not going to be a problem.

We have improved its camping capabilities by adding a solar panel that keeps the leisure batteries topped up when camping in the wild.
